As we continue to monitor the situation closely, we are taking all actions and precautions throughout our entire business based on frequently updated recommendations from the Australian Government.
Our showroom remains closed, but we can provide assistance by an appointment only basis. This will include a 1 customer limit in the store at all times, but it allows you to see and feel our styles and fabrics. You can book an appointment by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 8679 5484.
This will continue until we are advised by the Government that it is unnecessary to do so.
By inviting customers back in to our store, we will be asking our staff and customers alike to respect the social distancing measures put in place. We will increase our cleaning regiment to protect the safety of our customers and staff, this includes sanitisation and disinfecting all surfaces regular, as well as our own personal hygiene.
Contactless Home Delivery.
If you require assistance to get your goods inside, please inform your driver when they call prior to your delivery to arrange contactless assistance. In place of signatures, proof of delivery will be confirmed by a geotagged photo taken by the driver upon delivery. We as a company will be implementing diligent safety measures upon and prior to delivery. We ask our customers to open and assist in creating clear access for us to install the product. Final payment must be made prior to delivery, we will not accept cash.
Our delivery staff will be wearing gloves for your delivery and are regularly sanitising our delivery vehicles.
Are deliveries considered essential? Yes, at the moment they are.
Under Stage 3 Restrictions, deliveries and logistics are still deemed necessary – this means that our scheduling will not be affected for the time being.
What if stricter lockdown measures are implemented? Deliveries will most likely be deemed unnecessary at the point. But we can store your item until our operations can run again. Our showroom will not take any appointments, but will still be contactable via email.

In accordance with the new Victorian Government sanctions regarding Covid – 19, after Tuesday the 24th of March our showroom will be closed until further notice.
All measures to be implemented by the Victorian Government are consistent with the health advice provided by the Victorian Chief Health Officer.
Although our showroom is closed to the public, this does not mean our operations are affected. All existing customers and orders will still be attended to – those who have already placed orders with us should not be affected by this shutdown as our production line is still business as usual.
Those who wish to purchase their very own Innovation sofa bed can do so either online or via email/over the phone. Our phones may not be attended as frequently, but we will return every phone call received to make sure our customers are looked after – our email is the quickest way to connect with us.
Our delivery service will continue to operate until we are informed otherwise.
